See, this is another one of those times I get all jealous of people who live south of me.... our berries won't be ready for another month. Yours look LUSCIOUS!!! (Make me some jam, will ya? Your peach jam was yummy!)
I agree - I am totally jealous - but only in a good way! I still don't have my garden completely in because it keeps going under the freezing mark...sigh. (And that peach jam truly was quite divine!)
Yes, yes, yes! Strawberries, my very favorite food, but I have to wait for our local farmers to have them by the road side each year, because I'm quite particular and no one grows them as sweet as these - Scott's. I'm always so sad when the stand sits empty at the beginning of June.

ReplyDeleteLucky duck. Our landscape is just beginning to green and leaf out. I won't see berries for a long while yet. Enjoy nature's sweet treat.
