How did this happen? Just yesterday it was hot, muggy, and I sipped white wine with raspberries from the garden...

    I don't know, either. One day I was doing laundry and something outside the window caught my eye and I thought, where the heck did that yellow tree come from?

    It's still warm and muggy here (thank you Ophelia), but I am so looking forward to the cooler days, and the leaves changing. Although wine and raspberries in the garden sounds lovely.

    It could get hot and muggy again. Recent Octobers have been very moody.
