No words are adequate

Poetry sometimes inspires prose, or vice versa... words spun from mourning my friend appear this day at SIX SENTENCES

Also found out a drabble* of mine is accepted into Boston Literary Magazine's Best of Boston Chapbook and will appear online in June.

    I went over and read your six sentences. True, no words are adequate, but yours were certainly moving.

    I haven't tried drabbling yet...haha! It seems hard to write but I think I can do it. I wonder if I can write a coursework assignment in 100 words...kidding! Goodluck with your drabbling.

    Funny, I can write short-short stuff and looooooong stuff, but can't pen a 'proper' short story. Someday, perhaps... Peace, Linda

    many congrats on your drabble being published, linda. also was moved by your six sentences peace--trying to deal with the loss of a friend's loved one as well...
